I have just graduated business management at City university of London. I achieved grades which put me in the top 10% of students in my class. Most of the elective modules I chose were related to sustainability like Managing for social purpose, social enterprises and others. Meanwhile, I worked as a customer support specialist for a sole trader and as an office manager at a law firm. As a customer support specialist, I learned how to communicate with clients and meet their expectations of excellent customer support by solving their problems and meanwhile reassuring them it will be alright. As a result, I succeeded in improving the flats’ rates on both Booking.com and Airbnb by nearly 20%. For instance, one of the flat's rates increased from 7.8 to 9.6 out of 10 as the highest grade. And as an office manager, in addition to my facility management responsibilities, I also learned a lot more about how to analyse and improve business processes in a company. Currently, I am interested in an entry-level position in a business consulting company which values sustainability with the possibility of development.
