Callflow is one stable and growing Bulgarian product company with customers from all over the world.


We are looking for a high-performing “Key Account Manager” to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.


We are launching new product which is innovative software platform for multichannel communication solution(chat, chatbots, Facebook, Viber, email and VoIP over WebRTC) so one of the main goals of the "Key Account Manger" is to sale it, but as well to sale the present once "Cloud call center" and "PBX platforms".


We will expect from “Key Account Manager”:

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;

• Capacity to work independently.


Requirements:

• Successful experience in sales;

• Excellent command of English;

• Previews experience in working for software, telco/telecom or technical company;

• Excellent command in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems;

• Experienced in creating and expanding sales and partnership networks.


Responsibilities:

• Active sales of the company products/solutions;

• Work close with current key clients and partners;

• Negotiate with potential clients and partners;

• Report and update “Sales manager” of personal results;

• Work with “HubSpot” and ERP system;

• Work close with “Technical team” and “Back office team”.
