We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to deliver effortless support to our customers through various channels such as phone, real time chat and e-mails. On this role you will be responsible for leading customers through solutions without uncertainty. You will also be expected to build loyalty among new users and achieve high level of customer satisfaction with the current ones.
We would be happy if you are a key player in building our support team by sharing ideas and contributing to the overall improvement of the quality of the service provided.
