Process improvement manager with German

Our client is a leading F&A Services Organization, providing business solutions as a service to Global 1000 companies in 4 key areas including Finance Transformation, Finance Technology, Assurance & Compliance and Accounting advisory to provide its clients excellent service and long term financial value.

As our partner continues to grow in Bulgaria and Europe, they are now seeking a talented professional who has experience in quality management and process improvement to join their team on the position of Process improvement manager with German.

Your responsibilities:

  • Process optimizations and improvements using Lean and Six Sigma approach
  • Identification of opportunities for Automation/ Robotics/ Analytics
  • Collaboration with other departments in developing and applying optimizations
  • Reports creation
  • Client and internal collaboration for process improvements

Skills we are looking for:

  • Fluent level of German and working level of English
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean Green Belt or higher certification – required
  • Experience in process improvement projects (in F&A will be considered an advantage)
  • Working experience with Excel (Pivots/ Formulas)
  • VBA Macros will be an advantage
  • Experience with Automation/Robotics/Analytics would be considered – as an advantage
  • Strong and demonstrated analytical, data interpretation skills and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently at times and closely with senior stake holders
  • Team player who works successfully in a fast paced, customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduate in Finance or IT from an accredited college/university
  • 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
