I have over four years of experience in the software industry, starting as a software engineer and then transitioning to an education manager, where I managed the learning and development programs for our employees and clients. I have also obtained certifications in Scrum and Training Management, which demonstrate my skills and knowledge in agile methodologies and adult learning principles.
